Hotline Properties

Hotline Properties is located at B 4/172 in Rohini Sector 8. This is in the northern part of Delhi, and it is a busy residential neighborhood. We have been operating from this office for quite a while. It is a small place, nothing fancy, just where we do our business. We focus on property in Rohini because that is what we know best. Most of our time is spent talking to owners and looking at different flats. We have to climb a lot of stairs because many buildings here don't have lifts. It keeps us active, I guess. We aren't a big company with many branches. It is just a local shop where people can come and talk about their housing needs. We try to be very direct with people. If a house is too old or the price is too high for the area, we say so. We keep our listings in big notebooks and try to update them every week. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and it gets a bit stressful. Other times, it's quiet and we just sit and talk about the local news. We know the people who run the nearby shops and the local guards. It feels like a small community here. We just do our work honestly and try to help people find a place that fits their budget.
