You can find us at FF-08 in the Pearls Omaxe Tower-1 over in Netaji Subhash Place. Being in Pitampura means there is always noise and movement outside. It’s a big commercial hub, so there is plenty of energy. Our office is on the first floor. It’s a standard workspace where we handle real estate deals and property management. We aren't into fancy slogans or polished sales pitches. We just sit down, look at the numbers, and talk to people like regular neighbors. Some days are packed with meetings and others we just spend hours on the computer. Dealing with property in North West Delhi takes a lot of patience. There are always new developments popping up around here. We try to keep track of who is selling what and where the new spots are. We’ve been at Horizon Estates Llp for a while and we’ve seen the tower fill up with all kinds of businesses. We just do our part. It’s mostly about helping folks find a place that works for them or sorting out the legal bits of a sale. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; we usually just answer the door ourselves. It’s more direct that way. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most important piece of equipment we own. We work hard, go home, and come back to do it again the next day. It’s just how we run things in 110034. It’s a living.
