Home Estates

Our office is at TU19 in Pitampura, and we are situated quite close to the City Hospital. Because of the hospital nearby, there are always people walking around, and you hear ambulances every now and then. Home Estates has been in this location for a while now. The office is just a regular room with some basic desks and a few chairs for when clients stop by. It’s not a very large space, so it can feel a bit full when more than three people are inside. We have an old rug on the floor and a small fridge for cold water. The Pitampura area is quite established, so we know many of the people who live in the surrounding blocks. Our daily routine involves a lot of phone calls and checking on local listings. We don't have any fancy marketing materials or a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we know and try to be helpful. Sometimes we take a walk around the block to stretch our legs and see what’s changed in the neighborhood. The lighting in the office is a bit dim, but we have a good lamp on the main desk. It’s a very practical, no-frills kind of place. We value being within walking distance of the main market and the hospital because it makes things convenient. We are just local people doing our jobs in a way that makes sense to us.
