Hindustan Unilever. Our small setup is at Sp 60 in Pitampura, Delhi. If you’ve spent any time in this part of North Delhi, you know how the traffic can be, especially near the 110034 pin code area. We start pretty early before the roads get too clogged up with cars and rickshaws. The space at Sp 60 is where we keep our papers and do the daily planning. It’s a bit cramped when all of us are inside at the same time, but we make it work. We don't really do anything flashy. It's just about getting the boxes moved and making sure the records are right. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that kind of stuff. Most of the guys here live nearby, so we walk or take a cycle to reach. During the summer, the Delhi heat makes it tough, but we have a couple of coolers running to keep things decent. We aren't some big corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a practical place for us to work. We drink a lot of chai and just focus on the tasks for that specific day. It’s been our routine for a long time now. We just handle the local side of things for Hindustan Unilever from this little corner of Pitampura and try to keep things moving along smoothly.
