Het Ram Aggarwal & Sons

We operate out of AH-43 in Shalimar Bagh. It’s a family-run place, so you’ll usually find one of the sons or the older family members sitting at the main desk. We’ve been in this building for a long time. The walls are a bit faded, and the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound, but it feels like home to us. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day. There is always someone calling about an order or a delivery driver looking for the entrance. Shalimar Bagh is a nice place to work, though parking can be a real headache if you arrive late. We don't go in for any of that modern corporate talk. We just call people back when we say we will and try to keep our records straight. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do at Het Ram Aggarwal & Sons. We use old metal filing cabinets that have been here since the beginning. Sometimes we all go out for a quick lunch at the local dhaba, leaving just one person to watch the phones. It’s a busy life, but it’s a good one. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just want to get through the day’s tasks and make sure our customers get what they need. It’s just a regular business run by regular people who care about their work and their community.
