Harihar Surti Snacks

Our place is tucked away at D-4 in the Sma Industrial Estate. If you’re driving down G.T. Karnal Road, you’re pretty close to where Harihar Surti Snacks operates. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not really a place for window shopping, but it’s where all the making happens. We spend our mornings getting the snacks ready. There is usually a lot of activity around the loading dock. The estate is quite large, so it took us a bit of time to get settled in. We make traditional snacks, the kind people like to have with their tea. It’s mostly about the frying and the packing here. You can usually smell what we’re making before you even get to the door. We aren’t a big corporate entity, just a group of people making sure the bags are filled and the quality is okay. The floors are often a bit dusty from the flour, and it gets quite warm near the stoves. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. G.T. Karnal Road is always packed with trucks, which makes it easy for us to move our goods out to the shops. It’s a loud place, but we like the energy. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. Just the kitchen area and a small corner for the paperwork. It’s simple and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and fry the next batch.
