Gurukirpa Properties

Gurukirpa Properties is based out of C/8/60 in Rohini Sector 5. I remember when we first moved into this space. It was quite empty back then but now it is full of papers and folders. Rohini Sector 5 is a residential area and we are right in the middle of it. We see families walking their dogs and kids playing outside our window every day. The office isn't anything special to look at. Just a small room with a window that looks out onto the street. We handle local property stuff for the people around here. Gurukirpa Properties has been a part of this block for a good while. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of experts. It is mostly just me and a cousin helping out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to look at different flats in the sector. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the door at C/8/60 but we put a rug down and it's fine. We like being in Rohini because it is home. People stop by to chat even when they aren't looking for a house. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just help people find a place to stay and try to keep the records straight.
