Guru Ji And Om Properties

We are located at D17/34 Rohini Sector 3. It's a busy part of the sector and there is always something going on. We’ve been operating from this small room for quite a while. Sector 3 has changed a lot since we first started. There are more shops now and the parking is much harder to find than it used to be. We help people find houses and sometimes commercial spots for their businesses. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything fancy like that. Most people find us by just walking past the sign on the street. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around to show people different blocks. It’s a lot of back and forth throughout the day. We know the local builders and which ones do good work. If a flat has a damp wall or a bad view, we will tell you. We don't like surprises later on. It’s just me and my partner here most days. We share a desk and drink too much coffee while we work. It’s not a fancy life but it keeps us busy and connected. People in Rohini Sector 3 are mostly looking for something affordable. We try to keep that in mind. We have a lot of keys hanging on the wall for various units. Sometimes we forget which one is which and have to try a few different ones. It’s a bit messy but we always get it done eventually.
