You can find us at 37 Rohini Pocket B 3. It’s a standard office, nothing too flashy. We’ve been working out of this pocket for a long time. Rohini is a big place but Pocket B 3 is where we know everyone. We mostly help people with buying or renting flats. It’s a lot of walking up and down stairs. Sometimes the lifts don't work in the older blocks. We tell folks straight if a place is worth the money or if they should keep looking. My brother helps me with the keys. We keep everything in a big ledger because the computer is slow and unreliable. Most of the time, we are just sitting here waiting for people to drop by. We see a lot of young couples looking for their first home. It’s a big deal for them, so we don't rush the process. We know which parks are clean and where the market is best for daily groceries. 37 is just a small number on the door. Inside it’s just us and some dusty files. We don’t do those big glossy brochures or online videos. If you want to see a place, we just take the bike and go right then. It’s simple. People in Rohini appreciate when you don't waste their time with nonsense. We try to keep things moving. It’s just how we work here in B 3. There is always something happening on the street outside our window.
