Gujral Properties

We’ve been here at Vardhman Plaza Tower in Pitampura for quite some time now. It’s a busy spot in H 3/G 8, and there’s always something happening around the tower. Most days start with opening the shutters and getting the chairs wiped down before the first phone call rings. Gujral Properties isn't some big fancy corporation with a hundred people. It’s just us here, handling whatever comes through the door. The plaza gets crowded around lunchtime, and sometimes it's hard to find a quiet moment to focus on the files. We have a lot of papers stacked up, mostly just local stuff from around this part of Pitampura. If you walk past the tower, you’ll see our sign. It isn't the biggest, but it’s been there long enough that people know where to find us. We spend a lot of time talking to the shopkeepers next door and watching the traffic go by outside. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we’d like. It's a plain office, nothing too flashy, just a couple of desks and some old calendars on the wall. We keep the fans running all day when it’s hot, which is most of the time. People come in to ask about prices or just to have a glass of water and talk about the neighborhood. It’s just how we do things here every day.
