Growithvisha Consulting is located right in the heart of Keshav Puram at House Number 290 in Pocket C-08. It is more of a residential-feeling area, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than those glass towers in the city center. We are on the ground floor, so we see people walking their dogs and kids going to school while we work. It’s a North West Delhi vibe through and through. The office inside is just a couple of rooms converted into a workspace. We have a big table where we all sit together to hash out ideas. There’s no hierarchy here; we just sit where there is space. We focus on consulting, which mostly involves a lot of research and talking through problems until they make sense. The paint on the walls is a bit old, and the chairs occasionally squeak, but it works for what we need. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep the energy up. Being in a pocket like C-08 means we know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It’s a friendly place to be. We aren't some big corporate machine. We are just local folks trying to help other businesses grow without all the unnecessary fluff. The paperwork can be a bit much sometimes, but we manage to stay organized enough to get the job done by the end of the day. It is just about doing a decent day of work.
