Glitter Industries

Glitter Industries is right on the Main Lane in Gopalpur, just off the Outer Ring Road. It’s a dusty part of town because of all the trucks and heavy vehicles passing by all the time. Our building isn't anything special, just a functional space where we handle our daily operations. We’ve got a big metal door that stays open during the day to let some air in. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and worktables. We don’t really have a fancy office area; we just sit wherever there's space. The noise from the ring road is a constant background sound, but we don't even notice it anymore. We started out small and we’ve stayed about the same size over the years. It’s a lot of hands-on work, moving things around and making sure everything is in its place. Some days are better than others, especially when the weather is cool. In the summer, it gets pretty hot under the tin roof, but we have a few big fans to keep us going. We aren't much for corporate meetings or anything like that. We just talk over lunch about what needs to be finished by the end of the week. It’s a straightforward way of doing things for us. People know where to find us if they need anything. We’ve been in Gopalpur long enough to know the local shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick bite during the day.
