Down at Cw-223, Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, you will find the place where Ginni Khaini Products operates. It is a major transport hub, so there are heavy trucks everywhere and a lot of dust in the air most days. Our building is not anything special to look at from the outside. It is just a functional space where we get our work done. We process khaini here. It is a tough business and the hours can get quite long depending on the season. We have a small team of workers who know the whole process from start to finish. We do not have a lot of office staff sitting around; mostly it is just people handling the actual product. The environment is very down-to-earth and plain. We do not go in for big promises or fancy labels on our walls. We just make sure the product is exactly what it is supposed to be for the customers. It is a bit noisy with all the traffic and horns outside, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We have been in this location for quite some time now and we know the neighbors well. People know us as the local guys who just get on with the job at hand. There is no corporate ladder for people to climb here. If something needs to be done, the nearest person just picks up a tool and does it. It is a simple way of running things, but it keeps the doors open. We just stay focused on the daily tasks.
