You can find us at Du 83 in Vishakha Enclave. Pitampura is a lively part of Delhi to be in, that's for sure. There’s always noise coming from the street, but we’ve mostly tuned it out by now. Our office isn't anything you’d call state of the art, it’s just where we work. We have a few rooms filled with computers and files. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We’ve got a small team here representing Genpact India. Most of us live nearby, so we know the area well. We aren't here to give sales pitches or show off. We just have a lot of data and tasks to manage every day. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling sound, and someone has to go give it a kick to make it stop. That’s just how it is. It’s a real place with real problems and real people. We take our lunches together when we can. It’s not a corporate vibe at all. It’s more like a group of neighbors who happen to work in the same office. We just focus on getting through the pile of work on our desks. At the end of the day, we lock up and head out like everyone else in the enclave. We don't need fancy things to get our jobs done correctly. It's just a regular workday for us.
