Genpact India Formerly Ge Capital International Services

Our place is located at U 174 in Mangol Puri, which is a pretty crowded part of New Delhi. A lot of people still remember us by the older name, GE Capital International Services, but now we are just Genpact India. The streets here are always full of people and rickshaws moving around. It’s a busy atmosphere every single day. We don’t have a massive glass building; it’s more of a practical space where we can sit down and get things done. Delhi summers are tough, so the fans and coolers are always running. We mostly handle back-office stuff and data. It’s not very glamorous, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We have a small team here, and everyone pretty much knows each other. The chai wallah around the corner knows exactly how we like our tea. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the street noise gets a bit loud, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been in this neighborhood for quite a long time. It’s just an honest day’s work for us at U 174. We don’t put on any airs about what we do. We just arrive, do the tasks assigned to us, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a simple life in a noisy part of the city. There isn't much to it, but we get the job done.
