G S Real Estate

We have been at Shop No A 44 in Sector 09 for a while now. It is a small place but it works for us. Most people know us because we are right near North Cross Mall. It is a busy spot. G S Real Estate is just me and a couple of others trying to help folks out with their property needs in Rohini. Sometimes the mall traffic makes it hard to park right in front, but it is easy to find. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and looking at listings. People walk in after they finish their shopping at the mall. It is a pretty straightforward setup here. We don't have fancy office furniture or anything like that. Just some chairs and a desk where we talk to neighbors. Working in Sector 09 is nice because we know almost everyone on this block. We started this because we lived nearby and saw how much the area was changing. It feels good to be part of the local community. If you are walking around the mall and need to ask about a place, you can just step in. We don't mind. We usually keep the door open when the weather is okay. It gets a bit dusty being on the street level but that is just how it is here. We try to keep things simple and honest. No big talk, just regular work every day. We are just local people.
