Our office is located in the MCD Colony area of Kingsway Camp, right in Delhi 110009. It’s an older part of the city, and our building has that typical local feel to it. We deal with capital and finance stuff, which mostly involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls. We aren't a massive bank or anything like that; we’re just a small office trying to help people figure out their money situations. The walls are a bit plain and the desks have seen better days, but they serve their purpose well enough. Working in Kingsway Camp means we’re surrounded by students and local families, so there is always a lively atmosphere nearby. We don’t have a marketing team or a bunch of slogans. If you come in, you’ll likely just find us sitting at our desks, probably with a glass of tea nearby. We try to be direct and clear when we talk to anyone because money stuff is already confusing enough. Some days are busier than others, especially at the end of the month when everyone seems to have something they need to sort out. We just take it as it comes. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do, and we’ve been doing it from this same spot for a good while. We keep our hours regular and just try to be reliable for the people who depend on us. It is a steady way to make a living.
