Floweret Realtech Private Limited

We have been set up in Rohini for a while now. Our office is right there on the first floor of the SG Shopping Mall at DC Chowk. If you know Sector-9, you probably know the building since it is a pretty busy spot for people doing their weekend errands or just grabbing a coffee. We spend most of our mornings getting things ready and checking on paperwork for various property matters. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because of the mall traffic, but we like being where the action is. Usually, there are three or four of us around the desk, handling phone calls or looking through local listings. We started Floweret Realtech because we knew the North Delhi area quite well and wanted a physical space where people could actually walk in. It is not a very big office, just number 123, but it fits what we need for the day-to-day tasks. Most days are just about keeping track of what is moving in the market and making sure our files are in order. Sometimes the lift in the mall is slow, so we just take the stairs to the first floor. We do not really do the fancy corporate stuff here. We just drink our tea, talk to the neighbors in the other shops, and keep the business running as normally as possible. It is a straightforward operation we have going on. We are here most days if anyone needs to find us. It’s just us doing our thing.
