We operate out of Jahangir Puri in New Delhi, specifically at H No 471 in Block H 1. It’s a busy area and there is always something going on in the streets outside. Our work is mostly import and export, so there is a lot of logistics to handle every day. We spend a lot of time on the phone with shipping agents and checking on where crates are. It’s a lot of waiting and then everything happening at once. The office is more of a practical hub where we keep track of all the numbers and the paperwork. Delhi can be quite intense with the heat and the crowds, but we’ve got our routine down. We aren't a big corporation, just a dedicated group of people trying to move goods from one place to another. There is a lot of pressure when a shipment is late, but that’s just how this business goes. We deal with various products depending on the season and the demand. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly desks, computers, and stacks of shipping documents. We try to be careful with the details because one small mistake can hold everything up at the port. It’s been our base for a while now and we know the local logistics network pretty well. We just keep moving forward and getting the job done, no matter what happens with the cargo.
