Executive

People usually find us on the 3rd floor here at 52 SFS in Mukherjee Nagar. It’s a busy part of Delhi, so there is always some noise from the street coming up. If the lift is acting up, the stairs are a bit of a climb, but we are used to it by now. The office isn't anything fancy. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets that probably need a good clean, and a lot of papers everywhere. We've been in this spot for a while. Sometimes the tea man from downstairs brings up a tray in the afternoons. It gets quite hot in the summer months, especially being on a higher floor, so the fans are always going. Mukherjee Nagar has its own rhythm with all the students and small shops nearby. Most days are just about getting through the work, answering calls, and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a practical space. We don’t have much in the way of decor, just some calendars on the wall and maybe a few plants that someone forgets to water. It feels like a real workplace where things actually happen, rather than a showroom. Most people who visit know the area well, so they don’t have much trouble finding the building once they get to the SFS blocks. It’s just us doing our thing day after day in this corner of the city. We have a couple of computers that hum all day long and a small window that lets in a bit of light.
