We are based at Bn-2 in the local shopping centre over in Shalimar Bagh West. Being in a shopping centre means there’s always something going on around us. People coming and going all day. We’ve got our space set up for all the baking equipment we handle. It’s a solid location for us. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t even notice the noise anymore. The shop isn't very big, but we use every inch of it. We have shelves full of different parts and machines. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when a big delivery comes in. We just move things around and make it work. Most of our day is spent checking over machines or talking to people who stop by the centre. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We don’t go in for anything fancy. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. We just focus on the equipment. It’s what we know. Shalimar Bagh is a good area to be in. We like the local feel of the shopping centre. You get to know the regulars. It feels like a real community. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs. There’s always another oven or mixer to look at. We stay busy and that’s plenty for us. This is where we work and we like it that way.
