Euphoria Realty Private Limited

We work out of M M Colony in Sector-2, at Seema Singh’s place. It’s more of a home office setup for Euphoria Realty Private Limited. Being in a residential colony means it’s mostly quiet, except for the vegetable sellers who come by in the mornings with their carts. We have a small room dedicated to the business. It’s got a couple of desks and some chairs that don't quite match. We spend our days looking at property listings in and around Sector-2. Since we are right in the colony, we know a lot about the houses that are coming up for sale or who is looking for a tenant. It’s not like a big commercial office where everything is shiny. We have our files in some old metal cabinets and a lot of handwritten notes on the desk. People from the colony often just walk over and talk to us while we are sitting there. We handle the paperwork for buying and selling homes, and it involves a lot of back and forth with the local authorities. Sometimes we sit out in the small garden area when the weather is nice to discuss things. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a big staff, just us making sure the deals go through and the records are kept straight. It’s a steady pace, and we like being part of the neighborhood life here in Sector-2. It works for us.
