Dtdc Courier Company

Our DTDC courier company is based at Hno 3698 in Narang Colony, Delhi 110035. It is a simple setup inside a building that has been here for years. We aren't in a big mall or a high-rise office; we are right here in the colony where people can walk to us. The room is mostly filled with shelves and large bags for the outgoing mail. We have a desk with a computer that’s seen better days, but it still does the job of tracking the parcels. Most of our day is spent answering questions about when a package will arrive or how much it costs to send something heavy. We don't have a lot of fancy signs or marketing posters on the walls. It’s just us and the packages. Sometimes the traffic in Narang Colony gets so bad that the delivery trucks struggle to reach us on time, which can be frustrating. We just have to be patient and keep the customers informed. We handle all kinds of items, from small letters to bigger cargo shipments. We see a lot of the same faces every week, so it feels like a friendly neighborhood spot. We aren't trying to sound like a big corporate entity. We are just a local team doing the daily work of sorting and shipping whatever comes through the door in the 110035 area. It gets busy, but we manage to get everything scanned and sorted for the drivers to collect.
