You can find us in Pitampura, at Plot Number 232 in Rajdhani Enclave. We are on the first floor. It is a pretty standard building in a residential area. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful when you come up. Drishay Realtors Llp is mostly just a few of us sitting in the main room with our laptops. We have some big windows that look out onto the street, so we see the neighbors walking their dogs or kids coming home from school. It’s a quiet enough place to get some work done. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to owners and people looking for a new apartment in North West Delhi. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel. We have folders everywhere and the coffee machine is usually running. Sometimes we have to go out and show a flat, so the office sits empty for an hour or two. We just lock the door and put a little sign up. People who live in Rajdhani Enclave know us, and we often get people just knocking to ask if we know any good shops for rent nearby. We try to keep our records updated, though sometimes the paperwork piles up on the corner desk. It’s just a normal office routine in a nice part of Pitampura. We stay until the evening, then head home like everyone else around here. It is just our local real estate spot.
