Doctor Properties

Doctor Properties is located over at E19-298 in Sectro 3 Rohini. We have been working out of this office for quite some time, focusing mainly on the residential stuff around this area. Rohini is a big place, but we try to keep our focus on what we know best, which is the blocks right around here. It's not a complicated business; we just listen to what someone needs and see if we have anything on the books that fits. The name sometimes makes people think we are medical, but we just handle houses and flats. The office is easy to find if you know the area. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and talking to owners who want to move or families looking for a bit more space. We don't have a huge staff or a slick marketing department. It's just us doing the daily grind of real estate. Some days are slow and others we are running around everywhere. We try to be straight with people about prices because there is no point in wasting time. If a place has issues, we usually mention it. Living and working in the same area means you run into your clients at the market, so you have to be decent. We handle the basic paperwork and make sure things move along as they should. It is just a local business trying to do things right and stay busy. We’ve seen many families move in and out of these blocks over the years.
