Dhawan Motors Properties

Dhawan Motors Properties is located at Plot No E 20/19 in Sector 3, Rohini. We are pretty easy to find because we are right near Rajkumar Chauhan’s office, and everyone around here knows where that is. The office is basically a converted space that we’ve made our own over the years. It’s got a heavy metal door that’s a bit hard to lock, and the floor is made of that old grey stone. We have a few desks pushed together in the middle. Most of the day is spent checking on different plots or talking to people about the local market. Rohini is a big place, and Sector 3 has its own vibe. It’s a bit more settled than the newer parts. We have a small fridge in the corner for cold water, which is a lifesaver in the summer. There’s always a bit of a breeze if we leave the back window open, but then the noise from the street comes in too. We don't really have a formal way of doing things. We just write things down in big ledgers and keep track of who is buying what. It’s a family-style operation where everyone knows each other’s business. We’ve been here long enough that we don't need a big sign. People just know to come to the plot when they need something done. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing, day in and day out.
