We are based in Rohini Sector 3, specifically at B 6/198. It is a residential area mostly, so it is quite peaceful compared to the main markets. Our office is basically part of the building there. We have been helping people with houses and flats in Rohini for a long time. Everyone knows everyone around here. We don't really have a big staff. It is just a small family-run type of setup. We have a desk, a few chairs, and a lot of keys. People come to us when they want to move into the sector or if they have a place they want to lease out. We know which blocks are quiet and which ones are closer to the shops. It’s not about being a big company for us. We just like living and working in the same neighborhood. Sometimes we are out showing a property and we just leave a note on the door. It is a very relaxed way of doing things. We don't do much advertising. Usually, a neighbor tells someone else to come talk to us. We handle the paperwork, make sure the deposits are sorted, and try to make sure both sides are okay with the deal. The tea stall around the corner is where we spend some of our breaks. If you are looking for something in Sector 3, you will probably see us walking around sooner or later. We stay open on most Saturdays too.
