D N M Realtors is over at 185 Pitampura in the Anand Vihar area. It’s a decent spot to be. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we first started. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to get work done and meet clients. We handle local real estate stuff, mostly around Pitampura. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites. It can be a bit tiring but we enjoy the variety. Being in Anand Vihar means we are close to everything we need. We don't go in for big advertisements or fancy slogans. We just try to be helpful when someone is looking for a new place to live. Buying or selling a house is a big deal for most people, so we just take it slow and explain the steps clearly. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy but we sort it out eventually. It’s a small team here. We know the local shops and the people around here. If you come by 185, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and looking at maps of the area. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people find a roof over their heads. It’s a practical business and we take it one day at a time. We’ve been at this address for a while and we really like the community feel in this part of town.
