Core Bpo operates out of House 585 in Rishi Nagar, which is part of the Rani Bagh area in Delhi. This is a residential neighborhood mostly, so it feels a bit different than working in a big commercial park. The address is 110034 if you are looking it up on a map. Being in a house means we have a bit more of a relaxed vibe, though we still keep things moving with the work. The rooms are converted into office spaces with desks squeezed in where they fit best. It is often quite lively around here, especially in the afternoons when kids are coming back from school and the local shops are in full swing. We do a lot of data entry and support work from this location. The tea lady comes by twice a day, which is the highlight for most of us. The lighting isn't always perfect and the internet can be a bit temperamental when it rains hard, but we make it work. It is a small team, so everyone knows everyone’s business. We do not have a big HR department or a fancy cafeteria. We just eat our tiffins together in the small kitchen area and talk about whatever is on the news. It is a very local feel. We have stayed in Rani Bagh because it is convenient for the people who work here and it saves us a long commute. It is not a corporate headquarters type of place, just a solid spot where the work happens.
