We’re located on the first floor in Nithari, Kirari, which is part of Suleman Nagar. You can find us right near Duby Hospital. The name of the shop is Computer Hardware And Window Pss. It’s a bit of a mix, we know. We started out doing one thing and then realized people needed help with other stuff too, so we just combined it. It’s a small space, mostly filled with computer parts, cables, and some window-related gear. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we generally know where the specific screw or cable is hidden. People from the neighborhood come in when their laptop dies or if they have an issue with their windows. We don’t have a lot of employees, usually it’s just one or two of us here. We try to explain things simply without using too much technical jargon. We know people just want their stuff to work. Sometimes we’re out on a call, so the shop might be closed for an hour or two. We don't have a big fancy website or a marketing person. Most of our customers come because they live nearby or someone told them we were okay. We just take things as they come and try to be helpful. It’s a small local business, nothing more and nothing less. It can get a bit loud with the hospital traffic nearby, but it's a good spot. We just keep fixing what comes through the door and hope for the best.
