Chrysalishrd

We are based out of Jagriti Apts in Pitam Pura. It is a residential area, so it is a bit quieter than the main roads in Delhi. Our office is at number 38. Chrysalishrd is where we do our day-to-day recruiting and staff management work. It is mostly just us on our laptops and phones, trying to connect people with the right roles. Being in Sainik Vihar is nice because it feels more like a community than a business district. We do not have a big sign out front or anything. Just a regular space where we get things done. Some days we spend hours just reading through applications and checking references. It can be tedious, but it is what we do. We have been in this part of Delhi for some time now and we know the area well. It is not a flashy corporate office with a receptionist and a coffee bar. We just make our own tea and get to work. People call us when they need help with their hiring process, and we do our best to find someone who fits the description. It is practical work. We do not use a lot of fancy jargon to explain things. If a job needs doing, we find someone to do it. That is the long and short of it. The 110034 area is home to us, and we plan on staying here. It’s just how we earn our keep every day.
