CHANDNA REALESTATE LLP

We are located in Derawal Nagar at House Number 16. It’s on the second floor in Block B. If you’re familiar with North West Delhi, you know this part of town has a lot of history. Chandna Realestate LLP is basically just us working from this floor, keeping track of what’s happening in the local market. It’s not a shiny corporate building. It’s a regular house where we’ve set up our workspace. We handle a lot of the usual property stuff for people nearby. Sometimes it’s busy and the phone won’t stop ringing, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually finish a cup of chai. We don’t have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just know the 110009 area quite well. Most of our day is spent talking to people about their houses or looking for new listings. It’s simple work, really. We try to be honest about what we see. If a place has issues, we mention it. We aren't here to give a sales pitch. We’re just here to help bridge the gap between someone who has a place and someone who needs one. Being in Block B makes it easy for people to find us. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving our desks anywhere else soon. It works for us and for the people who visit.
