Broadcast

Our place is in Shastri Nagar, Delhi. We are at M 174, Gali No 12. It’s a narrow street, so it’s usually better to walk than drive if you can. We are c/o Sh B L Suman. The office is just a small room in a busy residential block. We’ve been here for a good while. There is always something going on in the lane outside, kids playing or vendors selling vegetables. We do broadcast related work, which means lots of cables, some recording gear, and old monitors. It’s not a high-tech studio like you see on TV, just a functional space where we put things together. We are a small crew. Sometimes the place is a mess with wires everywhere, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time editing and checking signals. It’s a bit cramped, especially when we have more than three people inside. Shastri Nagar is a crowded place, but we like it here. It’s got a lot of life. We don't have a big sign out front, just the house number. Most of our work comes from people we’ve known for years. We just try to get the audio and video right. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. If you ever find yourself in Gali No 12, that is where you will find us. We keep things simple and just focus on the task in front of us.
