Bluemoon Homez LLP is up on the 11th floor of Aggarwal Cyber Plaza II in Netaji Subhash Place. Being in Pitampura means we are right in the middle of a very busy commercial hub. The view from the 11th floor is actually pretty good, and you can see all the way across North West Delhi on a clear day. Our office is a busy place with people always coming in to ask about commercial spaces or flats nearby. It’s a modern building, but we try to keep the atmosphere inside pretty down-to-earth. We have a couple of desks, some old computers, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. Real estate in Netaji Subhash Place moves fast, so we spend a lot of time trying to keep up with who is moving where. We aren't interested in being the biggest agency; we just want to make sure the people who come to us get what they need. We deal with a lot of paperwork, and sometimes it feels like we are drowning in it, but we manage to stay on top of things. It’s a bit of a climb in the lift every morning, but once we’re at the desk, it’s all about helping folks navigate the North West Delhi market. We’re just a regular team working hard in a busy part of the city. No big promises or fancy words, just real work for people who need a hand.
