Our office for Birla Sun Life Insurance is right in the middle of everything, so it gets quite busy with people coming and going. The building itself is older, but it serves our purpose just fine for handling all the insurance claims and policy updates we deal with every day. Inside, it is usually a mix of phone calls and the sound of people typing or stapling papers together. We aren't a big, polished corporate branch; we are more of a local spot where you can actually talk to someone. The desks are often covered in files because there is always something to be processed or checked. It’s a bit cramped when more than three people are waiting, but we do what we can with the space we have.
