Bhatia Properties

Bhatia Properties is located at B-4/19-20 in Sector 7, Rohini. We have been here for quite some time now, and we’ve seen Rohini turn into a really crowded and busy part of Delhi. Our office is a place where people from the neighborhood come when they want to buy, sell, or rent something. We don't have a big team or a lot of high-tech gadgets; we just use what works for us. Sector 7 is a good area with a lot of different kinds of houses and shops. We spend most of our mornings checking in on new listings and the afternoons are usually for meeting people at the properties. It’s a lot of walking and driving around the different blocks. We know which parks are well-maintained and which streets get flooded when it rains. That kind of information is what people actually want to know. We don't bother with fancy brochures or long speeches about the market. We just tell people what the going rate is and show them what is available within their budget. It’s a very practical way to run a business, and it seems to suit the people who live around here. Sometimes we just sit outside the office and talk to the regulars who pass by. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere and it keeps us connected to what’s happening in the sector. We just keep plugging away at it, one day at a time, helping folks find a place to settle down.
