This part of Delhi has a lot of history and we feel like a small part of it. The office is in a residential sort of area, so it is not as chaotic as the main markets. We like the local vibe here. There is a temple nearby, hence the name of the lane, and it gives the place a calm feel. We have set up shop in A 17 and we have been here long enough that the postman knows us by name. Bhatia Co is just a straightforward business. We do not have any big corporate goals or fancy slogans. We just show up every morning and see what needs to be done. It is a lot of practical work. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is just us catching up on paperwork. We do not use any complicated systems. Just pen, paper, and a couple of computers. It is a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it suits us just fine. People in Old Gupta Colony know where to find us if they need anything. We do not try to impress anyone with a polished image.
