Bhatia Aggarwal Properties is located over at H 2/G3 in Pitampura, right inside the Netaji Subhash Palace area. If you know where Apra Nx Plaza is, we are pretty much right there near PP Jwellers. It's a busy spot with lots of people coming and going all the time. We’ve been working out of this office for a good bit now, mostly focusing on the local real estate around this part of Delhi. It gets quite loud outside with the traffic and the shoppers, but that's just how it is around NSP. We handle a lot of different things, like rentals and sales for shops or apartments nearby. It’s not a big fancy operation, just a few of us here making sure things get done. Most of the time we are out showing properties or sitting at the desks taking calls from people looking for a new place. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first started, with more buildings popping up every year. We know the shortcuts and the different blocks around here quite well. Sometimes people just drop in to ask about prices or what’s available in the next sector over. We try to keep things simple and just tell people what we know. There isn't much to it besides showing up every morning and keeping track of who is moving where. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
