Bhasin Properties

We’ve been based at 22 Rohini Sector 16 for a long time. Bhasin Properties is a name that most of our neighbors are familiar with, as we've been on this same street for years. We aren't a big agency with lots of branches; we just focus on our little corner of Rohini. It’s a nice area with a lot of families, and we’ve helped many of them move from one block to another as their families grew larger. Our office is a simple place where we keep our files and meet people for a chat. We spend a lot of time walking around the sector, checking on properties and talking to people about what's changing. You get to know a lot about a place when you’ve been there through all the seasons. We handle rentals, sales, and sometimes just give advice to people who aren't sure what to do with their old land. There is no corporate polish or fancy language here. We speak plainly and we don't use a lot of technical jargon that nobody understands. If a property has issues like bad plumbing or cracks in the wall, we'll tell you about them upfront. It saves everyone a lot of headache later on. We think it’s better to be straight with people right from the start. Most of our clients come back to us or send their relatives because they know we aren't going to push them into something they don't want.
