This bank branch is located right in Shakti Vihar, which is part of the Pitam Pura area. If you are familiar with this side of North Delhi, you know it is mostly residential but has plenty of small shops around. We have been here at number 38 for a good many years now. It is just a regular office building, so there is nothing too special to look at from the street. Most of the staff members live nearby, which helps us understand the local vibe of the neighborhood. Dealing with money and customer accounts is what we spend our days doing. Sometimes the queue gets a bit long, especially on Monday mornings, but we try our best to keep things moving. The air conditioning usually works well, which is a big relief during those hot Delhi summer months. We do not really use big corporate talk here.
