Bajaj Allianz

We are based in Model Town Part 2 in Delhi, specifically at F 13 2. This is a well-known residential and commercial area, and we fit right into the mix of houses and shops. Being in North Delhi, the pace is always fast. Our office for Bajaj Allianz is a modest space where we take care of insurance needs. It’s not one of those glass-fronted offices you see in Gurgaon. It’s a regular Delhi building with a staircase and a small sign. Inside, we have our desks and a lot of paper files. Delhi summers can be tough, so we rely on the AC when it works, otherwise, it’s just the fans. We talk to people in plain English or Hindi, whatever they are comfortable with. There is no corporate jargon used here. We see a lot of people from the neighborhood coming in for their life or motor insurance. The streets of Model Town are usually packed with cars, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We just focus on our daily routine of processing documents and answering the phone. It is a practical, no-nonsense environment. We have been here for a good amount of time and understand the local needs well. It is just a regular office doing its part in this big city. We keep the doors open for anyone who needs help with their insurance.
