Backend Process

We’re based at 263 Dhakka Village, which is quite close to Kingsway Camp in New Delhi. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the students and residents moving around that part of the city. Our name is Backend Process, and that’s a pretty fair description of what we do. We sit in our office and process the data and documents that come our way. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience and a lot of sitting down. The office isn’t anything fancy, just some sturdy tables and reliable computers. We have a few windows that look out onto the street, so we can see the daily life of Dhakka Village while we work. It can get a bit loud with the traffic and the people, but we’ve gotten good at tuning it out. We don't have a marketing team or a sales department; we just have people who know how to handle a keyboard. Most of the time, we’re just trying to keep up with the flow of information. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks, but it’s important to get the details right. We’ve been in this location for a bit, and we’ve become a small part of the local scenery. There’s a tea stall nearby that we visit way too often. It’s a simple life here, just working through the processes until the day is done and we can close up.
