Babu Ram 'N' Sons is a family name that’s been around for a long time. We work out of our family spot, and it’s been that way for generations. There isn't a separate fancy office address because we are the address. Everyone around here knows where to find us. We take pride in the fact that it’s a family-run thing. My sons are involved, and we just handle things the way my father used to. It’s not about being the biggest or the most modern. It’s about being reliable. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us for decades. They know us by name, and we know them too. Sometimes we sit around and talk about the old days while we work. The shop is filled with things we’ve collected over the years. It might look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We don't use much fancy technology here. A pen and a ledger usually do the trick for us. It’s a slower way of doing things, but it works. We don't have any big advertisements or marketing people. Our reputation is just what people say about us when they leave. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and see who comes through the door. It's a steady life and we wouldn't have it any other way than this.
