B S Kitchen Equipments

Working out of Office No 1 in Budh Vihar, things get pretty busy around here. B S Kitchen Equipments is right in F-27 Phase-1, and if you know this part of New Delhi, you know how the traffic and the noise can be. We spend most of our days surrounded by stainless steel counters and heavy-duty burners. It’s not a fancy setup. The walls have some scuffs and there’s usually a stack of invoices sitting on the desk that needs clearing. People come in looking for specific parts for their restaurants or maybe a new sink for a commercial setup. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the routine is mostly the same. You open up the shutters, check what came in from the suppliers, and try to organize the floor space so people can actually walk through. It gets hot in the summer, especially with all the metal around, but we keep the fans going. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just sit there and wait it out. It’s a practical kind of life. We don’t spend much time on decorations or making the office look like a showroom. It’s about getting the kitchen gear out to the people who need it to run their own businesses. Every day is just about managing the stock and talking to the folks who drop by the office. It's just a regular shop in a busy part of the city.
