B M Properties

You can find us at B M Properties, located at A-1/98 in Rohini Sector 6. We are right near Ayodhya Chowk, which is a spot most people around here use as a reference point. Being near the chowk is good because it’s always busy and easy for people to drop in while they are out doing errands. We spend our days dealing with the houses and shops in Sector 6. It’s a residential area with a lot of families, so there is always someone looking to move or sell. Our office at A-1/98 is pretty simple. We have a couple of desks and a lot of registers where we write everything down. Sometimes when it rains during the monsoon, the street outside gets a bit messy, but that’s just part of living in Rohini. We don’t use any fancy talk or try to act like a big corporate firm. We just show people what is available and tell them the price. We’ve been here long enough to see the neighborhood grow and change. We know the local parks and where the best spots are. Most of our day is spent talking on the phone or meeting people at the chowk. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency, just a reliable place for the people of Sector 6. B M Properties is just a small local team. We keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done. We spend a lot of time just keeping our records straight and answering the door.
