Our office is B M Aggarwal Properties Pvt Ltd, located at Plot No. 22 in Rohini Sector-24. We are in Pocket 9, which is really close to Prince Public School. It's a busy little corner of the world. I've been working here for quite some time now, and I've seen the neighborhood change a lot. Dealing with properties in this part of Delhi is pretty much all we do every day. People stop by all the time, mostly asking about houses or small plots around here. Sometimes the noise from the school gets a bit loud when the kids are leaving, but it makes the area feel alive. It’s an easy place to find if you are coming from the main road. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It's just a regular room with some chairs and a lot of files. My desk usually has a few tea cups on it by the afternoon. We spend most of our time either on the phone or walking over to Pocket 9 to show someone a site. It’s a lot of legwork, really. Rohini has so many sectors, but we mostly just stick to Sector-24. We know the people who live here and the shopkeepers nearby. We just keep things moving along without much fuss. We aren't a corporate giant, just a local business doing property work near the school. That is our daily life here. We just try to get the paperwork right and keep the buyers and sellers talking to each other.
