Our office is located in Shalimar Bagh at AG 290 in Delhi. If you know this city, you know this neighborhood can get quite crowded, especially during the peak hours in the morning and evening. We have been set up here for some time, and the staff is mostly local people from the nearby blocks. We do not have a big reception area or anything flashy to show off. It is just a workspace with some desks and computers where we manage the day-to-day operations for Ascent Consulting Service Pvt Ltd. Some mornings are quieter than others, but by noon, the place is usually buzzing with activity. We deal with a lot of different things throughout the week, and we just try to stay organized. It is not always easy with all the noise from the street, but we are used to it by now. We keep a regular schedule, starting early and staying until the work is finished. Sometimes we grab lunch together at one of the small food stalls around the corner. We are not interested in looking like a big corporate firm with glass walls and suits. We are just a group of people working together in this part of North Delhi. The office has everything we need to function properly, and that is about it. We prefer to just get on with our jobs without much fuss. It feels like a normal workplace where people actually talk to each other instead of just sending messages.
