If you’re looking for us, we are over in Rohini Sector 16, specifically at F-7/76. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels very different from a commercial hub. We like it that way because we are right where the houses are. Arun Properties has been in this little corner of Rohini for a while. We mainly deal with the local homes and apartments in this sector and the ones nearby. Our office is small and tucked away, which makes it feel more like a part of the community. People often just knock on the door while they’re out for a walk or running errands. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, it’s just one of us sitting there. We keep track of what’s for sale or rent on a simple board or in our notebooks. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Sometimes the weather in Delhi makes it tough, like when it’s too hot or raining hard, but we stay open. We know most of the families around here. It’s nice to work in a place where you recognize the faces passing by your window. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just want to do a good job for the people in Sector 16. It’s a quiet, practical way to spend the day.
