Our office is tucked away in Pitam Pura at UU 7. Delhi is a crowded place, and being here in the north part of the city keeps us busy. We do consulting work as Arete Consultants, which mostly means we spend our days looking at papers and talking to clients on the phone. It's a private limited setup, but it feels more like a small team just trying to keep things moving. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular spot where we can focus. Pitam Pura has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of that over the years. We aren't using big words or trying to sound like we know everything. We just take the projects as they come and try to finish them without too much trouble. Sometimes the commute in Delhi is a total nightmare, so we’re happy to be settled in this specific corner. We have desks, computers, and a lot of tea to get through the afternoons. It’s honest work. We don’t have a big marketing team or a fancy lobby. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just knowing we are here in the UU block. It is what it is—a small office doing consulting work for whoever needs it in the city. We stick to what we know and don't overpromise on things we can't do. It keeps the days simple and the work manageable.
