Down in Subhash Nagar Scheme, specifically over at Plot Number 72 in the N.E.B. area, you will find our little setup for App Talentum Consultancies Private Limited. This place is usually a bit of a scramble. We handle a lot of recruitment and talent stuff, so the phones are always ringing or someone is typing away loudly. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main roads, which we like. It lets us actually hear what people are saying on the other end of the line. The office is just a regular room with some filing cabinets that probably need organizing. We started this because we saw how hard it was for people to find the right jobs and for companies to find decent staff. We don't use big words or complicated processes. We just look at the resumes and see who fits where. It's basic work but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. There is a small tea shop around the corner where we usually end up talking about the day's hurdles. The walls in the office are a bit plain, but we haven't had time to put anything up yet. Most of the space is taken up by desks anyway. We are just a group of people who know how the hiring game works in this part of the city.
